I rented from Empire Rent A Car maybe five or six times. It's always been unlimited miles. You don't have to pay over-mileage. I never had problems with tire blowouts or auto problems. The car is ready when I go there and I don't have to wait. I never have a problem. My only suggestions is that they should have a free one day or points for customers who rent there a lot. Everything is good and I will keep using them.
