Substandard service and I felt that no one cared. They were servicing a broken sunroof. Car was returned to me with the shattered glass still over the visor, in the area the visor is supposed retract into, and scattered around the interior. The visor no longer retracts correctly as a result of this. Driving around is unsafe as bits of glass fall out from above. Spoke to dealership, and all they offered to do was vacuum it out. No loaner was made available. Spoke to corporate and issue was escalated, but still no loaner was made available. I was told to wait until I'm contacted by someone with an update to my issue. Also, without much more than a quick glance I was told that my shattered sunroof wasn't covered under warranty. Before arriving I was told that the car would be inspected, but service member only looked momentarily and said he could see where something had crashed into the glass causing the shatter. But where was the object? Why wasn't there anything in the car? They quickly just quoted me the cost of new glass. At pickup, I was left standing and no one could explain how I should care for the car after the repair. Very disappointing experience, especially since I've only had vehicle for a couple of months. My car is not safe as a result of the service, and that is completely unacceptable.
