We had two slow bathroom sink drains and a broken toilet. I called early in the morning and Wyatt from A-1 was on the job by 2:00 that afternoon. After assessing the problem, gave me a detailed estimate and also offered a no-cost option to try to fix the toilet problem, which we tried. He was able to clear the drains. The next morning, we discovered that the toilet fix we had tried did not work, so I called again and they responded quickly to come out and fix the problem. As I write this, Wyatt is on his way. Very happy with the quick response and professional way I am being treated. This is the second time we have used A-1 (they installed a new water heater after hours 2 winters ago) and continue to be impressed. I'm not sure that they are the least expensive company, but I have complete confidence in their work and would definitely recommend them.
