It's really too bad when people are so very bored that they would spread rumors that are just flat out lies. What reviewer D.E. said is just flat out 100% wrong. No door was ever unlocked, all security features were enabled. No lies were told to the media, we didn't even talk to them. They asked for security camera footage that we had captured of the suspects, but we had already turned it over to the Police. The door was clearly pried open and broken into. It is horrible that there are people in this world who would ever break into peoples businesses or homes. It is obvious that you are upset. I am sorry this happened to you after storing with us for 15 years. I understand you liked to spend time in your unit and wished for better lighting, but at only $82 / mo. 10X10 climate controlled units are a great value for storing items, not so great as an office. The lighting just wasn't set up for ""reading"". We apologize your Playboys were stolen.\r
We have been serving the people of Liberty for a decade, the business for much longer, and despite what this person (whom we know but will not be tacky enough to name) has written, Liberty Bend storage maintains a great reputation with many repeat customers and referrals, and a clean, low cost facility. We even have members of local law enforcement and their families who have been storing with us for years and continue to do so. After all, even the dishonest reviewer chose to store here for 15 years before criminals broke in. He may not think of the fact that we were damaged and had to pay repair costs as well.\r

This is a small locally owned business and has been for years; for this ""person"" to completely lie online and use real names is shameful.
