I love my Hyundai Garden Grove Service Department. Tony and Joe are my go-to guys and they always treat me with kindness, respect and the highest levels of service. Most importantly, I trust them.
I think trust is extremely important especially for a person (like myself) that does not know a lot about mechanics. Over the years, I have been misguided by other dealerships or felt that I had been taken advantage of. Tony and Joe are the opposite. They are honest and sincere with their recommendations and always go out of the way to take care of my service needs.
The next car I purchase will be a Hyundai and that is not necessarily because of the car itself but truly because of the Service Department. Inevitably a car will require service and it gives me a great deal of confidence to know that Tony and Joe are at Garden Grove Hyundai. They are a blessing to me.
