Unfortunately our only means of transportation has needed THREE MONTHS of constant repair. Needless to say, my daughter and I have had to rent a car several times. We have been treated with courtesy and respect every time. The first car had a problem with the windshield wipers scratching the windshield and the engine had some sort of whine. When we told them upon return of the car, everyone was very apologetic and we were offered an upgrade for the next rental. I had also put more gas in the tank than when we took it and I was given some money off for that. The people at the Milford office are extremely nice and go out of their way to help, especially Emma and Samantha. I have been at the office when only one person has been there (taking care of me and trying to answer the phone and help those customers at the same time). Sam never put the customer on hold or lost her professional attitude and answered the customer's multitude of questions, then apologized profusely to me for the interruption!!! Since we had no other transportation we were not only picked up at our home, but we were ALWAYS taken home afterward. Last weekend my daughter rented again (the girls even tried to accommodate her by calling her when the car she wanted became available) and when she realized that she would need it for an extended period, the girls went out of their way to make that happen. I know that is their job, but we have requested a certain car each time (by now they know which car we like), reported any malfunctions with any car and once, when the car we wanted wasn't available at the time of rental, we were called when one came in and we were able to trade. I call that going above and beyond. I used another rental place once and now I wouldn't consider using any other place. We were never treated poorly and they ALWAYS listen to our comments on how the cars run (they even ASK us for our input!!!!) Thanks Emma, Samantha and everyone else at the Milford office.
