We called Colonial Chem-Dry because our dog urinated in many places on our carpet. Our technician's name was Phil Lambert and he was excellent. He explained everything to us in great detail and was very professional. Phil cleaned and deodorized all of our rugs on the second floor and one of our loveseats. We are very happy with the service and would definitely call Colonial Chem-Dry again.
