If I had known that transmission work was outsourced I would not have left my car in your care. I have always brought my car to Evans because I have always trusted the work that was done, not this time. The repairs took longer than estimated and the torque sensor and computer were after thoughts when my car wasn't running properly. There was poor communication during the entire time my car was being repaired. I also had to rent a car for the entire time mine was being repaired. Even though there was no extra charge for the extended work, which I appreciate, my car still does not seem to shift properly. I can't afford to drop it off to be looked at and quite frankly don't trust the person/ people that worked on it. I will no longer bring my car for repair to Evans, especially Not for transmission work. I have always recommended Evans but I will not anymore.
