I was hearing a slight thumping noise emanating through my ducts. I observed my gas line shaking and at that point I knew I needed to call Krane Heating and Cooling who installed my system 4 & 1/2 years ago. Darrell the technician came out and of course the system ran perfectly with no noise. He checked everything out the best he could, and informed me something may have knocked the blower out of balance. He assured me If I had anymore problems in the coming months it would be taken care of under warranty. He responded very quickly the day after I called first thing in the morning and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Krane Heating and Cooling will be the only company I will call in the future.
