I've been an Enterprise customer for many years. This last experience renting a vehicle with the Tony Penna Office in Jupiter, Florida was unsatisfactory to say the least.\r

I made my reservation online, an I expected to rent a VW Jette. Instead,I was given a Hyundai Sonata, which was to make up for an incredibly long wait of over an hour (between the pickup time and the check-in).\r

The Sonata was dirty inside, and smelled of vomit/cleaner/cigarette smoke. I had to always keep the air intake control on outside air, subjecting us to other case' exhaust fume because that was still better than the smells inside.\r

The checkout process was better, however they gave me another customer's receipt.\r

I will never return to that Enterprise location. The others in the area are much better,\r
\r
The staff was friendly, but the location needs more staff to handle the number of clients.
