Wow. When did Enterprise become Rent-A-Wreck? They rented me a car, a Jetta. It's air conditioner only worked intermittently and it had warning lights on on the dash. It's front end made some very suspicious sounds, I'm no mechanic but it sounded like the bearings were going. They sent me out the door without a copy of the rental agreement. The next day I came back and told them that the air didn't work and there were lights on the dash and that I didn't have a copy of the registration. They gave me the reg and went out and, honest to God, turned the car on, turned it off five seconds later, and came inside and said to me, ""I don't see anything wrong with it."" The only car they could offer me on their lot was a two door hatchback (ha ha, I was commuting on i-95, a Jetta was already smaller than I had anticipated) and told me they'd call when they got something else in. They never did. Ridiculous. Never rent from them. I won't again. I'll go to the airport next time, I learned my lesson. I'd probably have been better off at Rent-A-Wreck, it certainly would have been cheaper.
