I'm completely happy with the services provided by Serramonte Ford.
However, my name is Joy. I am Tim's wife. I am the only person who drives the Ford Focus - I am the only person who takes it in for service - and I pay all the bills. When we purchased this car - his name was put first on the title (both our names is on all our vehicles) - and so every time you send me any information on the Ford Focus - you address it to Tim. Clearly you can see this is an insult. This is the last survey I will complete unless this fixed. It should be very simple - and I've asked it to be fixed for over 2 years now.
