Excellent service, Mo Gharib was fantastic. 2/2/2016

The best customer service ever, a simple phone conversation that led to an in person appointment. Which led to a purchase with no headaches and no frustration. The manager Mo was a man of his word, sales guy Jimmy couldn't any more better and the finance lady was the standard to which professionalism should be measured by. more

Great Service - Fix your records 4/7/2015

I'm completely happy with the services provided by Serramonte Ford. However, my name is Joy. I am Tim's wife. I am the only person who drives the Ford Focus - I am the only person who takes it in for service - and I pay all the bills. When we purchased this car - his name was put first on the title (both our names is on all our vehicles) - and so every time you send me any information on the Ford Focus - you address it to Tim. Clearly you can see this is an insult. This is the last survey I will complete unless this fixed. It should be very simple - and I've asked it to be fixed for over 2 years now. Nice selection of used cars. Not a lot of high pressure sales for a car dealership, they are actually very helpful and friendly. Their prices are not to overly expensive. more
