My car failed to start on a Sunday. I had it towed to Great American Tire on Monday morning, even though the tow truck driver was able to get it started. They kept it for an entire week because I was on vacation. They were unable to re-create the problem, which means it started (good news!), but kept trying and never charged me. They always go above and beyond to service their customers!
