Trustworthy 6/23/2015

I visited the Great American Tire for the first time and found them to be professional and trusyworthy. They were honest and friendly. The facility was very clean. All customers that came in while i was there were greated cheerfully and by the sounds of the conversations many were returning customers which was encouraging. I would return to this service station without hesitation. more

Outstanding service. 6/18/2015

Had the car towed for a flat tire. They repaired it and other issues I put off. Done within 24 hours without an appointment. Car runs great. Reasonably priced. more

Car wouldn't start 4/1/2015

My car failed to start on a Sunday. I had it towed to Great American Tire on Monday morning, even though the tow truck driver was able to get it started. They kept it for an entire week because I was on vacation. They were unable to re-create the problem, which means it started (good news!), but kept trying and never charged me. They always go above and beyond to service their customers! more
