Josh arrived later than hour agreed upon. . .but I understand. . .He was quick and personable and, so far as I can understand, took care of the computer issue quickly. He suggested i switch from Internet Explorer to Chrome in order to extend the lifetime of my boards. . . I don't pretend to understand what that means. However, I see that you have sent me a follow-up message about a return visit in a month for $49 to further the repair already started. . .I assume this visit will be helpful. . .I will take your suggestion, on faith, that this is necessary and that this price is the best you can offer.
