Josh arrived later than hour agreed upon. . .but I understand. . .He was quick and personable and, so far as I can understand, took care of the computer issue quickly. He suggested i switch from Internet Explorer to Chrome in order to extend the lifetime of my boards. . . I don't pretend to understand what that means. However, I see that you have sent me a follow-up message about a return visit in a month for $49 to further the repair already started. . .I assume this visit will be helpful. . .I will take your suggestion, on faith, that this is necessary and that this price is the best you can offer. Please phone me to set up an appointment when the time comes on about April 20.
