Called with odor complaint on my dryer. They could have done some troubleshooting on phone to eliminate the 15 minute service call which I was charged full price. We stained a cabinet and were told the combo of flame from gas hitting fumes was the source of odor, allegedly. Based on techs conversation it is common so I think they could ask those types of ?'s on initial call as a source of good will saving me $79 or at least charge half for time. Solution: air out and pay $79 came out same day though so that's nice I guess
