Jerry and Dan came out to do our initial system check after we signed up for the Home Service Agreement. They ended up spending quite a bit of time diagnosing and adjusting a potential carbon monoxide problem with the flue serving our gas furnace and gas water heater. They did not charge extra for the diagnosis but of course they did leave behind a "to do" list that will cost a bit to fulfill.
