I have been a customer of Krane for several years after I was lucky enough to find them when I was adding on to my upstairs and adding a new furnace. They were competitively priced and did exactly what I expected. Since them I have used them for my annual maintenance in my home, office and son's house in Birmingham.
I am gone in the winter and monitor my home and office with Nest thermostats. I saw that something was not right with my older furnace and called my neighbor and asked him to take a look and when he arrived water was streaming through the first floor ceiling. We got the water turned off and I immediately called Krane and they came out and identified my problem ( a drain line was plugged and flooded the furnace) and got me immediately up and running which was critical as it was around -20. The service person who takes care of my heating/AC servicing and needs quickly figured it out and got me up and running which was critical because it was very cold and I was 2000 miles away. I would recommend them to anyone. They are professional and responsive. Pat C
