After spending a very long day there, I congratulated several of your employees on a happy, pleasant experience. Then because of issues within your organization, that experience turned into a month long nightmare several days later. I love my car, but am not sure I will ever buy there again. I never received an apology from anyone and now no one there will return my calls when I have a question. Not a very professional way to run a business.
