I enjoyed my experience. I'm a first time buyer very satisfied with the service that was provided to me. All the staff was friendly and and everyone was there to help. Salesman was helpful, courteous, informative, caring before & after sale. He even found a hotel room in the area for us and asked that we call to inform him we made it home safely. He explained the features of the vehicle very well and offered to walk us through anything we needed help with by phone. We will definitely consider Honda of Lake Jackson in future purchases. All other staff was equally courteous and pleasant to deal with. Thanks to everyone. more

Brett showed us the CR-V we were interested in, showed us the car and accompanied us on a test-drive, explained the lease agreement, helped us work with the finance folks to get a payment we could manage. He was efficient and genuine. more

Natalie and Victor need a little work on follow through, the owner should not have to be responsible to get the car cleaned. Rod, would buy anything from you. Thanks for filling in the holes the other staff just didn't make a priority. Finally late Friday. The car was great. more

Awesome place 3/5/2015

After spending a very long day there, I congratulated several of your employees on a happy, pleasant experience. Then because of issues within your organization, that experience turned into a month long nightmare several days later. I love my car, but am not sure I will ever buy there again. I never received an apology from anyone and now no one there will return my calls when I have a question. Not a very professional way to run a business. more
