We were in the market to find a newer vehicle for my wife. After searching online I found a good deal on a 2012 GMC Terrain SLE. After verifying the dealer still had the vehicle I used the very helpful Create Your Deal option they had online. I was very impressed with this option for two reason for time savings. The first reason is I hate wasting time at the dealership and having as much paperwork done beforehand is good for me. Second is that I was driving a far distance and was arriving later in the evening and having all this done beforehand was able to make this deal happen quickly.\r

Out of all the vehicles deals I have went through with and the ones I walked away from this was the only one I enjoyed making the deal happen. I felt comfortable with the salesperson Kevin and that he wasn't trying to push a sale on us. He made us comfortable with the whole overall experience. He understood that I knew about the vehicle itself along with the car buying experience. There wasn't much that wasn't researched already and Kevin made happen what was most important to me at that time and that was to get the deal done quickly and the small time frame that we had that the night.\r

When I got the original financing back I wasn't pleased. Kevin was going to work with us so I could try and get financing from my credit union and that I was able to take the vehicle with me while this process took place. By the time we finished the paperwork they were able to find a better rate that I accepted and was able to finish everything that night and not have to make any return trips.
