My daughter and son-in-law leased a GMC Acadia SUV 2013. I was impressed! However, I didn't need the 3-row seat configuration, so I looked at the smaller model SUV -- the GMC Terrain Denali. Since I hadn't owned a GM product for many years, so I decided to ""lease"" versus ""buy"".\r \r To make a long story short, since my lease was coming to term in October, I had to acquire another car. Bottom-line, I was so pleased with the reliability, performance, and features of my 2013 Terrain Denali, I decided to ""buy"" a 2016 Terrain Denali, even though the basic car hadn't changed much since 2013, Likewise, my daughter and son-in-law were so pleased with their 2013 Acadia, they decided to lease a 2016 Acadia.\r \r In both cases, the sales staff at Sullivan (Phil Pilny, Aidan Pilny, and Dan Szwec) bent over backwards to craft deals for our family that met our respective needs. Thanks guys!\r \r Another reason for sticking with GMC and Sullivan was their top-notch maintenance service -- fast, efficient, and reliable -- with a car wash to boot! Of course, the only maintenance we ever needed were routine oil changes. With sales, service, and quality like this, it made no sense to look elsewhere! more

You can never go wrong with Sullivan. I was jumping around with dealerships before I finally got to settle with them. Was so anxious and really picky cause I want to get the best deal in Cook county. Lots of factors were considered to finally go with Sullivan. Gabe and Lou were really professional. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. I know a lot of people that got their car on other dealerships and realized that they got ripped off or somehow felt uncomfortable. With them. I don't think I did. The customer service, the price, the car you get, and etc. really top notch! Man, you can never go wrong with Sullivan. more

Loyal service department customer for years and there's no place else that can match the customer service, competitive pricing, and premium new and used vehicles than Sullivan Dealership. I recommend you go down when you are in need of repair or a replacement vehicle. Please ask for Victor Melendez in Sales or Victor Gomez in the service department. Not to mention a great Finance guy Mike O'Connell. These individuals have an awesome personality and tremendous service to the customer attitude! more

Dan and Gabe Szwec provided the most comforting and seamless purchasing experience I have ever undergone. I was in an extremely rough situation. My car broke down in the middle of the road. There were smokey fumes coming from under the engine, the internal temperature of my car had DOUBLED, and all the coolant and oil had leaked out of my car. Not to mention, when my car was working, it would randomly accelerate on the highway and it felt like I was driving a death trap. I had been in touch with Dan and Gabe Szwec. When I worked at a previous job, Dan was one of my customers. He told me if I EVER needed help finding a car, he would do everything in his power to help me. Well, that is exactly what happened. They called a tow truck, my car was towed to their dealership, and Gabe handed me the keys to a great loaner car. Dan and Gabe then worked tirelessly at getting me approved for a new car, despite the fact I have zero credit history. I received the loaner car on Friday, and I was welcomed into a new car on Monday. My limits in terms of deposits for the car and monthly payments were respected. My car has complimentary XM radio and OnStar. I feel safe in my car and it is in great condition. Had I not gone to this dealership, I would not have a car. I would have no way of getting to work. I would have been in a terrible situation. I'm so happy! more
