We used Empire Rent A Car when we needed a car for our visit to New York and everything was fine as far as the price and the pick up at the airport. However, we didn't get the car that we were told we would be getting--it was a lower grade. The same could also be said for the couple that was traveling with us, as they too didn't get the car that they wanted. Being that it was the holidays, we didn't have time to deal with trying to get another car and just stuck it out. However, Empire should have prevented this to begin with.
