Dear Mr. Miles, I have been meaning to write this thank you note for the indigent ladies of Trumpet Road, Johns Island, S. C. for several weeks. These ladies are single moms and have no education. They live in a older double wide trailer and were heating it with Kerosine heaters during the winters. They have raised several children to adulthood and their children are pretty remarkable with either college education or they went in the service. All are working or in school with no help. Neither of the ladies is able to read or write. Recently you decided to help them with their heating and air problem by giving a large discount to these people. I just want to tell you how much they want to thank you and how much they appreciate your help as they are not able to write this for themselves. One day when it was really cold..they came and said ..."Wow, we were warm for the first time in our lives with temperatures below 40." They are so appreciative and I just want to relay this message to you Mr. Miles. Maybe you do not realize how you have helped them, but you have and may God bless your generosity in giving them a giant discount on the brand new unit you have given them. Thank you so much
