We called Roto-Rooter when our kitchen sink clogged because they are a national brand and well- this is what they do- clear drains. Silvano- the field manager came out- he was within the supplied time window and called ahead of time to say he was on his way. He was SUPER nice and personable. My jaw dropped at the cost of the service though- I told Silvano it was just too much- he told me he would work with us on the price and that they won't charge for the visit and come back again if we don't figure out how to clear it ourselves. Super sweet guy. Needless to say- we couldn't clear it ourselves- we called them again and they came back same day!!! Again- they called ahead. This time Jeff came. He got the job done in less than 45 mins. They have a 6 month guarantee which is awesome! \r
I only gave it 4 stars because the cost was astronomical. I would have given it 3 stars because the cost but Silvano was so awesome, he kind of made up for it a bit.\r
