I called Heaton Plumbing to assess an issue I was having with my kitchen sink. Their customer service was good. They had appointments and plumbers available for when I needed them. Someone was able to come out the next day. He was professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't able to do the work on the sink, but it ended up being an issue we could fix on our own.
