I have reached my level of patience with the office staff at Next Generations.Every time myself,my husband,or my mother has to interact with the office staff they are extremely rude,impolite,and unaccommodating.In addition,we are usually placed on hold for eight minutes or longer each time we call.Well today I received a bill for $65 for the removal of my son's ear wax because he is having issues with his ears.. which he is getting tubes for. Anyways the code was submitted differently than usual to the insurance company and because I questioned this charge the office manager was rude and implied that since I was questioning the charge that I did not want what was best for my son.Saying the following statement to me ""Isn't your son's health worth $65."" I was appalled! Of course my son's health is worth $65 and so much more.The office manager then proceeded to hang up on me.I have been a patient for eight years but I will be following the old staff to Quick Care because that's where all the polite staff members went to when a fantastic doctor named Dr. Gerlach and Dr. Sean left the practice.
