I Can't Say Enough Good Things About Them! 7/27/2017

I have been going to Next Generation Pediatrics for about two years and my assessment is that they're a great facility. The staff are amazing, and the doctors are amazing. They make every effort to get you in as quickly as possible whenever you need them. They are just really good. I feel like they go above and beyond again and again. I am very happy with how everything is and I really can't say enough good things about them. They truly are fantastic. more

Happy Customer for Eleven Years! 6/16/2017

I have been taking my kids to Next Generation Pediatrics for about eleven years. It's a great place. The staff are always very friendly and greet us with smiles. They're very nice and are good at making the kids feel comfortable about being at the doctor's office. They are very easy to schedule with and typically there isn't a much of a wait when we're there. Overall, it's a professional and efficiently run place. I am indeed happy with the service they provide. more

Great Doctors Office 5/2/2017

Next Generation Pediatrics is a great doctors office. I have two little girls and they have had the same doctor there since birth. They always answer all my questions and are very friendly with my kids and I. The only downside I would say is the wait, I have had to wait up to an hour for a 10 minute appointment. Other than that I would recommend them to others! more

Overall OK 5/1/2017

Overall, our experience with Next Generation Pediatrics was okay. On several occasions we received conflicting information from different doctors, which made things very confusing. We also had trouble scheduling appointments because their office hours weren't conducive to my work hours. more

Won't go anywhere else 4/26/2017

There are no words that I can really use to describe how in love I am with this practice. Dr. Mortimer has always been fantastic with my oldest from the time he was diagnosed with his BWS and as he has been growing up. Miss Kim :) has been a god send to us with my youngest and I don't know how I would have gotten through the last year and half without her. I never feel rushed and am always taken seriously which is a big thing for me when it comes to my kids. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for everything that you have done for not just the kids but me as well! more

Excellent Service 4/26/2017

I have been taking my children to Next Generation Pediatrics for the past 15 years. Dr. Mortimer has been their doctor. I never have to worry when I take one of them there because I know they are in good hands and their needs are met. Dr. Mortimer always listens to the concerns I have about my kids and I appreciate that. Even if it's just a gut feeling that I get from being a mom , he takes the time to either help me understand what's going on or will explore it further until I am at ease. I highly recommend this office to anyone. more

Great Experiences Each Time 4/18/2017

I have been very pleased every time I have taken my children to their appointments for pediatric services. I have two older children and one younger child. Each of them have been seen by the staff here for their check-ups over the years, and our experiences have been great each time. The staff is very friendly, they see us on time for each appointment I make, and I will continue taking my children in for their check-ups for my children here. more

Appreciate their great care 3/23/2017

Next Generation Pediatrics has been our primary care for our son for 11 years. Over time they have been great to work with and provide excellent customer service. They've improved over time. I know several neighbors and other friends who take their children there are are also happy with the care they get so I would recommend them if I knew someone was looking for great pediatric care. more

Very Good! 2/17/2017

I'd definitely give Next Generation Pediatrics a five out of five. Anytime my son or daughter have been sick, Next Generation Pediatrics have managed to get them in on the same day or the next day. Which has been helpful, since my daughter is a month old now and has been going every week. Their communication is good. I trust them, they are reliable. I've even recommended them to others, recently my sister. more

Nice Practice 1/10/2017

I have been going here for about 6 1/2 years and have never had a problem. I have never had to sit in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes and they have always been able to see me the same day if my children were sick. The walk in hours are also great. Everyone there has always seemed kind and knowledgeable. Also my kids love all the different murals painted on the walls its something they look forward to wondering which room they will be in! more

I love this facility!! They have really taken care of our son and always have time for us and our questions!!! I never feel like just another number. I tell everyone about Next Generation! Every Dr we have dealt with is absolutely amazing! I can't speak enough good things about Next Generation! more

Love Dr Mortimer - hate Shelley! 1/2/2017

Dr Mortimer is the best! He is an excellent Doctor and he takes the time to answer questions and explain everything you need to know about your child's condition. We had to see Shelley a few times when Dr Mortimer wasn't available. First of all, she doesn't listen. You tell her the symptoms your child has and then she asks you again and again what the symptoms are. Very frustrating and annoying. The worst thing is that because of her my child is now terrified of the doctors office. On one occasion she was holding my crying child down and trying to get the tongue depressor into the mouth. The force she used caused my child's lips and gums to bleed! I will never ever let her near my child again! Ever since this incident my child starts crying as soon as we pull in the parking lot! more

Excellent service and staff 12/30/2016

I have been with Next Generation since it was started, roughly 15 years. Before, when Dr. Mortimer was with Dr. Ashbaugh, he had diagnosed him with a heart murmur. Since he knew my sons history, I felt it very important to stay with him, therefore I switched practices. I have never had trouble getting in when needed and never had any problems with the staff, no matter who it is. I now have 3 children with him and have always had excellent service and care. more

SHELLY IS THE BEST! 11/17/2016

I have had issues twice now with the office staff saying they can't see my child because of my insurance incorrectly listing them when my insurance card and company said they are listed as my care physician. Front office has been unfriendly and very unknowledgeable of the laws and insurance in my opinion. I manage a very successful practice and would never let our employees speak to our patients the way their front office does. Your staff can make or break your practice. On another note, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SHELLY. She has the best personality and makes me continue coming here dispite my issues with the Front Office. She is great with my kids. She is a genuinely sweet person. She takes the time to address your concerns and make you feel comfortable. I will continue with her for as long as possible. Their Clinical Team is all pretty exceptional. more

I've taken both of my daughters to Next Gen Pediatrics. They've always been incredibly courteous, very professional, and they got everything done in a relatively timely manner, which, all things considered is pretty amazing for a pediatrician's office. more

I like the physicians and the physicians' assistants at Next Generation Pediatrics. I think that the other staff isn't quite as friendly as others, but the physicians are very knowledgeable. I like that they have morning hours for walk-ins. more

Worth my drive 8/18/2016

I was going to a different pediatrician near me and needed a second opinion. Dr Mortimer knew the CORRECT diagnosis quickly and helped my daughter tremendously. They are always quick to see my kids when there's a need and are always professional and courteous. They will listen and answer questions at appointments and the nurses are tremendous with phone in questions. I live across the road from a pediatrician but I drive 45 minutes to go to Next Gen. more
