I had a 9am appointment. I was there at 8:45. There were no cars ahead of me I was told they would take my car right in. I happened to look out the window 45 minuets later and my car had not moved. I talked to the service person and was told they would take it in right away. My total time there for an oil change was over an hour. The reason I make appointments is to avoid this kind of problems, but obviously that did not work at Momentum Hyundai. I will not be returning to that dealership. more
