Oil overfill! 7/30/2016

Every single time I've taken my Elantra for oil change, it has been overfilled. Three years after they sold it to me and I still check it right after they change it with the same result. This last time was grossly so, and in the past their answer was "it won't hurt anything", but overfilling the engine oil can spell disaster! And I always insist they remove the excess. Gave you two stars, one for the easy of making an appointment and one for the coupons you keep sending saving me awesome $. more

new team made for a terrible exprience 11/8/2015

I have been to this dealership at least a dozen times for my Elantra. The most recent visit was by far the worst experience I have had here. In the past, I have been treated with respect and kindness. Most recently, I was greeted with condescension and impatience. I was so thoroughly disappointed with this experience that I will be going elsewhere from now on. I wish this was not the case. more

very bad service 11/5/2015

I had a 9am appointment. I was there at 8:45. There were no cars ahead of me I was told they would take my car right in. I happened to look out the window 45 minuets later and my car had not moved. I talked to the service person and was told they would take it in right away. My total time there for an oil change was over an hour. The reason I make appointments is to avoid this kind of problems, but obviously that did not work at Momentum Hyundai. I will not be returning to that dealership. more

I'm experiencing significant carbon build-up in my 2012 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 L GDI engine. The service staff have been very helpful and accommodating with scheduling corrective measures and following through until the engine behaves as expected. I've always had great service at Momentum Hyundai. more

Very disappointing and headed downhill. The entire momentum group has declined tremendously since our purchase. Employees are more concerned with getting customers phone numbers than attending to guests. more
