The technician was very late for the appointment.
After he diagnosed the problem he promised to come back the next morning with a part which cost $15, which he confirmed was in stock, having given a quote of repair for $260 (part and labor) and took a deposit of $95 in cash.
The next morning we had a call that the part was not available and had to be ordered, had to set up another appointment. On the morning of the appointment having been waiting for 3 and a half hours, I had to call to confirm and was told that the price was $375.
After I refused that price he said he would come for $275.
When he came with an assistant , did the repair in 10 minutes and said that the $275 was extra , the deposit was not included and threatened to undo the repair .
They were rude and lied that the change of price was due to management orders, but in fact he himself is the manager and the owner of the company! I was forced to pay $230 on top of $95, $325 in total.
Refused to give any warranty.
Rip off!
