We rented a truck at Budget, unfortunately, the tires came off and we were stranded. Roadside assistance was despicable, the only person who finally got us some help was Mr. Chris Luna. I wish there were more sympathetic people like him, he made sure that we were not waiting out there for another 24 hours, he took care of the problem and thought outside of the box to get us taken care of.
