They advertise they will help the family. They have made no effort to contact, include or consult my dad's family. They support his roommate who is an alcoholic and takes his pain meds. She admitted right to the nurse in front of us that she has been taking my dad's pain pills. What does the nurse do.?She has her sign a medicine contract?? That didn't stop her. The roommate still called me incoherent telling me she had taken his pills. I called once to see if I could speak with them to check on him as his roommate was withholding contact. Never got a call back from the nurse. My dad told me they've had to send a nurse out at bed time to check on him because his roommate was drunk. This is a mandatory reporting state. How do they not report this to someone? How do they let this woman be in charge of his care? Why doesn't his family have a right to help with his care? Why don't his daughters get supportive services? Instead we get ""we can't tell you anything"". I had to give them a star to post this but I would really give them none. more
