Baroken reat seat release mechanism. Complex problem. Parts ordered, took three weeks. Provided loaner auto, given updates intermittently. Replaced, reassembled. Seat release function still nonfunctional. Graciously, helpfully invited to return the vehicle. Same mechanic examined, readjusted, explained why seems different.
