Arrived at service department in the afternoon of 10/19/15. Jim was busy with a customer but took time to acknowledge me and listen to my problem with my car. I suspected the problem was a brake light switch on the brake pedal and Jim was able to""fit me in"" to inspect this issue. The problem indeed was the brake light switch. My car was fixed in about 45 minutes and I was out the door despite a busy afternoon in the service dept.\r
