Sales person was very accommodating. Car we desired not at the Lake Jackson dealership, but they located one and arranged a trade with another dealership in less than 1 HR. Hard car at their site and we picked it up the next morning. more

Very professional and knowledgeable. Very easy to work with and talk to. The only negative would be the hour and a half wait to get into the finance office. I understand there is only one finance manager. Still a very good experience. I will be back. more

Delivery of vehicle delayed due to missing accessory, auto dimming rear view mirror. Your dealership doesn't have this mirror in stock and we are waiting on its installation. My experience with the Finance Manager wasn't that good even though financing wasn't involved. more

Arrived at service department in the afternoon of 10/19/15. Jim was busy with a customer but took time to acknowledge me and listen to my problem with my car. I suspected the problem was a brake light switch on the brake pedal and Jim was able to""fit me in"" to inspect this issue. The problem indeed was the brake light switch. My car was fixed in about 45 minutes and I was out the door despite a busy afternoon in the service dept.\r Thanks again Jim. more

This was our second new car purchase from Honda of Lake Jackson. We traded in our 2013 CRV for a 2015 CRV Touring edition. We absolutely love our new CRV. As repeat customers we expected good treatment and a good deal, and we received above and beyond what we expected. The trade in, sales price, financing, extended service and warranties were all more than satisfactory. They really went the extra mile to show how much they appreciated us coming back. We look forward to our next trade in. more
