I have used ClimateSmith for years. I am a dentist and when the AC and/or heat goes out in my office it can be very problematic. They have always taken good care of me in an emergency. Their response is very fast when I call them if the system goes down; and they are always able to fix the problem right away. This has happened multiple times and they've always proven themselves to be reliable.
