I was very pleased with the service I received from ClimateSmith LLC. They were honest about what needed to be done and were competitively priced. I have used ClimateSmith for years. I am a dentist and when the AC and/or heat goes out in my office it can be very problematic. They have always taken good care of me in an emergency. Their response is very fast when I call them if the system goes down; and they are always able to fix the problem right away. This has happened multiple times and they've always proven themselves to be reliable. more

Jason and his team have been fantastic. My HVAC was on its last leg so I had to go through the process of getting a new one installed. Seeing as this could not happen overnight, Jason came out and personally topped up the coolant twice so that our home was temporarily livable. In getting finance approval for the unit, Jason was extremely helpful, personally calling the company to provide verification of the required repairs. The day of the installation, the team arrived on time and worked efficiently to have the old unit removed and new unit installed in under 6 hours. After sale service was also 1st class. I had a question about my thermostat ready, again, Jason showed up himself to sort it out (p.s. he also always wears shoe covers so as not to mess my floors, very thoughtful). If you need anything from tweaks, repairs to replacements, definitely call Climatesmith. more

Brad came out to the house on a Saturday, took one look at my unit and solved the problem. Parts were ordered and on Monday they worked it out in their schedule for Brad to come out and fix my AC unit. Fast, honest, great customer service and efficient. I went on line and looked for the company that serviced our air conditioner last year. I thought I found them and placed a call at 10:30 at night thinking I would just leave a message. I was surprised when a live person answered and very professionally took down my information and said I would be called back the next day. The next morning I got a call from a very friendly and compassionate woman who told me they were booked until the next day but she would do her best to get someone out to see us, since we were without AC and worked from home and the temps were getting up to 90 degrees! I was shocked when my doorbell rang around noon and it was a man named James, from ClimateSmith who came to fix our air conditioner! I can't tell you how thankful we were! James was very helpful and did a thorough check of our system and took care of the problem. He was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about our system, but he was not at all pushy or trying to up sell me! Before he left, you could feel the house getting cooler! My college age daughter even commented after he left about how friendly and nice he was! We would HIGHLY recommend ClimateSmith for all your heating and air conditioning needs! more

My Unit needed to be replaced and one of my friends had used climate smith and could not speak greater of them. So I called them and that day they came out to give me a quote. I started with Jim Smith after consulting 3 other HVAC companies about my Bryant Evolution System. Jim went above and beyond to get my system working while we were on vacation and then came back and got it working for good when we returned. I have been using them for service for about 4 years now with nothing but complete satisfaction. They replaced a unit that the original installer had ripped me off on and gave me a great price on a reliable unit. I have complete trust in these guys. Our thermostats went down and blanked out early in the morning of a day when the temperature was supposed to rise to 90 degrees! After reaching out to friends and unable to get a solid recommendation, I took a shot in the dark and reached out to ClimateSmith. My great experience started with the receptionist who helped walk me through some basic troubleshooting and was extremely pleasant before scheduling my appointment with Sam. Sam arrived and quickly began his troubleshooting. Once he discovered the problem, not only did he fix it, he explained and diagrammed the system for my boyfriend (an engineer) so that he knew how to address it in the future as well as how our zone system worked in general. I would recommend and call upon ClimateSmith again, hands down! more
