If your car is towed to this dealership be prepared for work to be done without informing you first. The receptionist at the Allstate counter was completely rude when we asked where we go to pay for car service. She didn't say anything, rolled her eyes and pointed. How nice of her! When we asked what happened to my old tire the story kept changing. Other Hyundai dealerships I have had a much more pleasant experience so its safe to say I will not return to this one. Maybe Malcom Cunnigham can learn from the people at Jim Ellis on how to treat their customers. I never really see anyone there (this is near my house) and I would say its probably because they are in no way friendly and I think its more playtime for the employees there than a job. (employees goofing off with one another while we were ignored). I do want to note that this is not a reflection on any of the sales associates as I was not dealing with them when I was there.
