I had an air bag light and took my 2015 Sonata in for diagnosis. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours for the diagnosis. I requested a loaner car as I could not wait that long---we are a 1 car family. Had to wait 5 days for a loaner. Once I took my car in and got the loaner, it was 8 days before I got my car back, and was also told it had an AC recall. I don't fault the service staff for the long wait for repair. Got to be their lack of proper resources to service their customers--- a management fault, or an unusually high level of Hyundais needing repair.
