Worst

I had an air bag light and took my 2015 Sonata in for diagnosis. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours for the diagnosis. I requested a loaner car as I could not wait ...

I took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. and the did not rotate the tires. more

Customer Service is Awful 10/21/2015

If your car is towed to this dealership be prepared for work to be done without informing you first. The receptionist at the Allstate counter was completely rude when we asked where we go to pay for car service. She didn't say anything, rolled her eyes and pointed. How nice of her! When we asked what happened to my old tire the story kept changing. Other Hyundai dealerships I have had a much more pleasant experience so its safe to say I will not return to this one. Maybe Malcom Cunnigham can learn from the people at Jim Ellis on how to treat their customers. I never really see anyone there (this is near my house) and I would say its probably because they are in no way friendly and I think its more playtime for the employees there than a job. (employees goofing off with one another while we were ignored). I do want to note that this is not a reflection on any of the sales associates as I was not dealing with them when I was there. more

The service department recorded by mileage incorrectly. Mileage was @ 1100 but was recorded as 1788. more

Long Wait 10/17/2015

I had an air bag light and took my 2015 Sonata in for diagnosis. I was told that it would take more than 2 hours for the diagnosis. I requested a loaner car as I could not wait that long---we are a 1 car family. Had to wait 5 days for a loaner. Once I took my car in and got the loaner, it was 8 days before I got my car back, and was also told it had an AC recall. I don't fault the service staff for the long wait for repair. Got to be their lack of proper resources to service their customers--- a management fault, or an unusually high level of Hyundais needing repair. more

Nothing express about express seevice 9/21/2015

Has an appointment at 1:00 called and to see if I could come t 1230 and they said yes no problem. Got there at 1230 didn't get out until 3:00. I an OIL CHANGE! Signs up talking about express service fast in and out for oil change. HA signs should be taken down. more

Outstanding staff and great service 8/3/2015

I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this auto dealership. I am a woman and in the past I have had men at car dealers treat me less than kindly. That has never been the case here – in fact, I notice how respectful their staff is. They take excellent care of my car and always clean it before returning it to me! I love these people. more
