We stopped in at the Service Department without an appointment to check on recalls for a vehicle we recently purchased. They checked the database and found that there were a couple of unresolved recalls. One required parts that have not been released to the dealers yet, but the other one could be dealt with now. They started work on our vehicle right away and took care of that recall. The waiting area was comfortable, with coffee, water, popcorn, vending machines and big screen TV. The service rep came to update us and see if we needed anything during our wait. She was very efficient, friendly and courteous.
