Currently I am a resident The Reserve at Stonecreek apartments and I have had the WORST experience at this property ever in my life . From the beginning it has been issue after issue after issue. Starting from my move in date; where the representative I was working with had been fired and didn?t even put my information in and when I showed up on my supposed move in date no one ABSOLUTELY no one even knew I was supposed to move in, not only that; the apartment I was scheduled to move into; where I had all utilities activated wasn?t even ready. I?d paid my monies and still I had to wait another 2 wks after my schedule date to move in. After moving in, in my bathroom, my sink was to be replaced ?it took 3 months! And the only reason the finally came is b/c I had to go into the office and act crazy. My friend?s car was stolen and someone attempted but was unsuccessful in stealing mine and neither the courtesy officer or anyone from management came or called to follow up even after I called and left messages. Now, I?m being told/forced to make my rent payments via internet or MoneyGram which I feel is totally inconvenient and dangerous seeing as though I have experience identity theft therefore I refuse to pay major bills such as my rent online. I do not feel comfortable placing my banking information online for anyone to have access too; not to mention now I?m having to now pay to pay my rent! What sense does that make? I pay all my bills with money orders and will continue to do so. I feel that whatever I would be charge is the amount of money my rent will be short. Meaning if my rent is $550 and my fee is $3.00 I?m only going to pay $547.00 b/c I didn?t agree to pay anything extra b/c the representatives in the leasing office are lazy and too incompetent to keep up with a simple money order. To add insult to injury, when I called to speak with a manager; I spoke with ?J.R.? who claimed to be a manger; was incredibly rude and short with me then when I asked for the number to the corporate office he hung up in my face. My lease will be up in a few months and please trust and believe I WILL NOT BE renewing and I will be telling any and every one about my experience and to not move to the Reserve at Stonecrek b/c the customer service, maintenance and management is awful. Nor do they value nor consider their residents when making major decisions.
