Reserve At Stone Creek

Currently I am a resident The Reserve at Stonecreek apartments and I have had the WORST experience at this property ever in my life . From the beginning it has been issue after issue after issue. Starting from my move in date; where the representative I was working with had been fired and didn?t even put my information in and when I showed up on my supposed move in date no one ABSOLUTELY no one even knew I was supposed to move in, not only that; the apartment I was scheduled to move into; where I had all utilities activated wasn?t even ready. I?d paid my monies and still I had to wait another 2 wks after my schedule date to move in. After moving in, in my bathroom, my sink was to be replaced ?it took 3 months! And the only reason the finally came is b/c I had to go into the office and act crazy. My friend?s car was stolen and someone attempted but was unsuccessful in stealing mine and neither the courtesy officer or anyone from management came or called to follow up even after I called and left messages. Now, I?m being told/forced to make my rent payments via internet or MoneyGram which I feel is totally inconvenient and dangerous seeing as though I have experience identity theft therefore I refuse to pay major bills such as my rent online. I do not feel comfortable placing my banking information online for anyone to have access too; not to mention now I?m having to now pay to pay my rent! What sense does that make? I pay all my bills with money orders and will continue to do so. I feel that whatever I would be charge is the amount of money my rent will be short. Meaning if my rent is $550 and my fee is $3.00 I?m only going to pay $547.00 b/c I didn?t agree to pay anything extra b/c the representatives in the leasing office are lazy and too incompetent to keep up with a simple money order. To add insult to injury, when I called to speak with a manager; I spoke with ?J.R.? who claimed to be a manger; was incredibly rude and short with me then when I asked for the number to the corporate office he hung up in my face. My lease will be up in a few months and please trust and believe I WILL NOT BE renewing and I will be telling any and every one about my experience and to not move to the Reserve at Stonecrek b/c the customer service, maintenance and management is awful. Nor do they value nor consider their residents when making major decisions. more

Dont move here..worst complex ever..shooting almost every day..guy recently killed next door..women being raped taking out trash..kids being bullied by adult men..maintenance sucks..office staff rude..they give giftcards to residents to give good reviews so dont believe the hype..nasty cats..bedbugs. .roaches...mold..scorpions. .dont move here more

First off, while the move in special was great, it IS NOT WORTH IT. I have only lived here for one month, and I regret every minute of it! While I was promised (on the first day) that maintanence would come back to touch up places that clearly needed it, they never showed up! The show room was 50% nicer than the actual apt. The female management were bitchy and rude (not helpful, quick to push you away), on my move-in day. It is not gated... maybe 5 days in the last month has it been ""gated."" My door mat was stolen today... MY DOOR MAT, how freaking low class of people need to steal door mats! I hate this place, I regret ever looking at their website! oh yes..and the roaches... the people in this apartment complex and the actual apartment are trash! for the love of god, there is a side walk..why not use the side walk to walk on, instead of halfway in the road where i can hit your dumb ass?! I am surrounded by idiots, and if i could warn ANY YOUNG PROFESSIONAL, do NOT move here! more

I had to put a star to move forward otherwise I would have marked nothing. Stephanie and Joy the so called Mgrs are sadly 2 of the worst property mgrs i have ever encountered. They show daily that they do not care and are not concerned with you or your needs from day one. You can write corporate but they do not respond. Very sad and unacceptable. Please spend your hard earned money where you will matter. more

I live at The Reserve at Stone Creek for a mere 2.5 months in 2008. I was a burglary victim and when I requested to be placed in another unit I was denied. Through my investigation, I learned a string of burglaries occurred on the property and was not giving a written notice to be more careful of my surroundings, even within a gated community. Also, the pests are out of control. I recall an evening when I came home from work, my entire sink was covered with ants. I seriously caution anyone to move there. Do not be fooled by the facade of the property or the gated community. The worst apartment ever. more

The Pros: Large apartments, Sunporches, plenty of storage, 3 pools: One adult, one family pool and a heated indoor pool ( I loved that indoor pool). The cons: Poor customer service. The current management is very rude and condescending.. but I doubt they will be there for long. I lived there for a year and the turn around is so high that it's ridiculous. But none of them have ever been organized. When you call with a maintenance issue they are too busy rushing you off of the phone to even listen to you. It has taken several calls to get a small problem fixed. Email is your friend.. a carbon copy to corporate helps :-) Although this is a gated community, the gates have worked about 2% of the time that I have been living there. My apartment along with others were burglarized(which is why I left). So if you decide to move here, I would definitely invest in a portable alarm system. more

I lived here for 1 year back when the old management was running things from 08-09 and it was average and I had to move out for personal reasons ended up coming back long story short they have new people running it now and I swear you have to be on top of them damn near every hour of the day for simple information and still don't get no results. God forbid if the person is not there OMG the communication between each other is horrible no one will get in contact with that person. Now maybe its different with other workers but the one I had to deal with left a bad taste in my mouth. As long as these new people are running the show I do not recommend this place. I hate that I'm moving back here, its my wife fault, But I do recommend parkway vista. If you are willing to spend 800 bucks for a 2bed 2bath then check out that place more

I really love the landscaping and the big apartments plus the new features and upgrades that have been done recently. I do however have a complaint about uninvited guests.... Its not many that I see but it is bothersome especially if you would like company. They do spray pesticide twice a week and that helps in conjunction w/r.o.a.c.h motels overall a nice place for the price :) Pros: NEW features and appliances, LARGE apartment Cons: r o a c h e z more

The customer service is poor here. If you give any documents to these people make your you have them stamp it and make you a copy. They are very rude. Be aware Pros: apt are spacious Cons: there was a lot of break ins and my truck was stolen. no adequate handicapped parking more
