Worst customer service ever. They installed a toilet for me. It starts leaking almost a year later. They come out and fix it, it leaks again within a month. Again they fix, 2 days later it's leaking again. They give me a service time of before 1:00. By 2:30 I call and am left on hold for 25 minutes. Finally get a live body after listening to that insufferable water heater spiel no less than 3 times. She promptly puts me on hold for another 20 minutes,only to come back and say she needs to call me back. They call back an hour later and tell me they never intended to come out, as the LAST workman said the toilet was cracked and defective. NO ONE told me that, all was fine was what I was told. My paperwork doesn't mention any cracks....but theirs does. Of course now I'm out of warranty. Delta Mechanical says it's no longer their problem, call Home Depot about it. Home Depot says call the manufacturer. Manufacturer says too bad, out of warranty now. If Delta had done their job properly in the first place, I wouldn't be stuck replacing a barely over 1 year old toilet.
