Worst customer service ever. They installed a toilet for me. It starts leaking almost a year later. They come out and fix it, it leaks again within a month. Again they fix, 2 days later it's leaking again. They give me a service time of before 1:00. By 2:30 I call and am left on hold for 25 minutes. Finally get a live body after listening to that insufferable water heater spiel no less than 3 times. She promptly puts me on hold for another 20 minutes, only to come back and say she needs to call me back. They call back an hour later and tell me they never intended to come out, as the LAST workman said the toilet was cracked and defective. NO ONE told me that, all was fine was what I was told. My paperwork doesn't mention any cracks....but theirs does. Of course now I'm out of warranty. Delta Mechanical says it's no longer their problem, call Home Depot about it. Home Depot says call the manufacturer. Manufacturer says too bad, out of warranty now. If Delta had done their job properly in the first place, I wouldn't be stuck replacing a barely over 1 year old toilet. Horrible company more

Check out their reviews on other sites. This place is a total bait and switch scheme. I bought a water heater from Home Depot and got them to install it for roughly $350. When the plumber showed up, he told me that the expansion tank was too small and needed to be replaced. I called him out on that one so he went outside to talk to his dispatcher. While the bulgarian guy was outside, I ran the numbers on the expansion tank's manufacturers website and sure enough, the expansion tank was the correct tank for this application. Just to entertain their scam, I went on the Home Depot website and found a tank with twice the capacity of the one I had for roughly $50. Changing an expansion tank takes less than ten minutes, upon draining the system, which you had to do anyways to replace the heater, you screw it off and screw it back on, like a lightbulb. There are a couple of small steps inbetween, but ten minutes, tops! The bulgairan comes back and tells me that to replace the tank, it would cost roughly $260.00. I asked him what the parts and labor breakdown was, he said that the price is $260. I called his boss and was told that they would not complete the job unless I did this. I asked for the parts and labor breakdown and he refused to tell me. My guess is that their labor rate is well over $1,000/hour. I told the fella to go pound sand and sent his plumber packing. I can understand how they get away with this bait and switch scheme as most people who need a water heater needs one right then and there. Afterwards, they may or may not figure out that they got screwed. I urge everyone who thinks they may have been taken advantage of to call Home Depot and also file a complaint against their plumber's license with the Georgia Secretary of State. more

Went through Homedepot to have new Packaged A/C unit installed. Delta was very pleasant to speak to and to work with. They scheduled a meeting to discuss my options and the sales person was very nice and not pushy at all. We decided on Saturday what we wanted and on Monday the engineer came out to measure and asked if they could install the unit in a couple of hours. That was great for me because i am a night owl and i didn't want to get up early again the next day. Install went fast and the installers were great. They were very clean and neat and very professional. This was a very positive experience for me. Thanks more

Gabor and his assistant were extremely professional and installed our tankless water heater quickly, despite several issues that weren't obvious on his walkthrough beforehand. They hauled away our busted water tank and really improved the house with the new system. Thanks so much for your help! more

I had Delta Mechanical replace a water heater in one of my rental properties in Southern California and now I am having them install a tankless unit at my home in Arizona! I appreciate that they wear boot covers and leave everything looking better then before they started. If I ever need another install this will be my first choice! I love knowing that no mater when or where, I can depend on excellent customer service and professional installation! more

My wife and I elected to go with Delta Mechanical (through Home Depot) after exhausting all local heating contractors in our area. The local contractors had difficulties understanding our needs (efficiency requirements, fresh air ventilation and pollen allergy filtration). Secondly, they would not keep to their own commitments on appointments. With Delta, our first call was to a manager level employee (Scott), who scheduled a site visit. As scheduled, the site visit was performed by a very knowledgeable employee (Lowell), who was able to address every concern in a language we understood. We signed the contract and as scheduled, the installers arrived on time and completed the whole project as promised. Ruben, who installed the whole complicated system was very methodical and responsive to our aesthetic concerns as the installation was underway. When I asked that the air duct in our closet be enclosed, he complied with little hesitation. We are very happy with our new heating system and would recommend the Delta Mechanical team as experienced professionals that can be trusted on complex projects. more

The tech that came out to our home was very courteous and knowledgeable in the job he does. We were informed of what we can do to keep our heater working better through the winter and that we need to get a new one soon. He was super nice and friendly too. I definitely will recommend Delta Mechanical to everyone more
