Technician was very good, professional and friendly. We had a little bit of an emergency situation so I guess I was just concerned about getting that under control. You can't underestimate that frame of mind you are in when you have a small disaster in your house. In retrospect, I should have questioned the high priced quote and asked for an itemized listing of the charges. I am pretty sure we over paid easily $500 if not more! Of course I now have the benefit of hindsight. But, they did show up at 8 am within an hour and a half of calling and fixed my issue by the time he left about 5 hours later. When you call for emergency service you don't have the luxury of getting a second or third quote. They basically got you over the barrel. I can't help feeling like I was taken advantage of. Also, after spending $2k they still charge you the visit fee! Definitely would not recommend for non-emergency job.
