Was told by Mike Johnson the service manager they neither want or need my business. I have 2 fords as does my father and a 22 year old son and 2 daughters coming up on driving age. Guess they don't want or need theirs either. They refused to give me the requested recall / tsb information and then when confronted re: a DEFECT, not wear and tear or neglect but a DEFECT in my transmission had no interest in fixing the problem.
