I bought my TV from another store and dealing with them was a nightmare. Video City on the other hand has been terrific.
First and foremost Jim. Jim was the guy I contacted first at Video City. That man has patience beyond belief. He talked me through the installation because I have never even had cable and they were offering dish and all these other service. He is so patient. He explained everything to me over and over and over again. He just kept going until I got it. Jim is just great. He is wonderful. Allison helps with the troubleshooting and she will give John (the tech) feedback, which she did on a Saturday! John came and spent the whole day. He is miracle worker. John got the TV out of the box would not let me lift a finger. He came at nine in the morning and left at six or maybe even seven. He worked all day. They set up a number of TVs including a stand in my kitchen and a TV in my bedroom and they helped me set everything up. They were kind and very gentle with me because I don't really know that much about TVs. Everything works great!
